PROJECT MANAGER — RENEWABLE ENERGY & INDUSTRIAL IoT SYSTEMS

I build the systems I manage — from PCB schematics to project budgets. Currently Project Manager at REB-Greentech Systems Enterprises, where I turned a ₱5M deficit into a ₱2M surplus and personally secured ₱15M in new project value, while designing the solar, IoT, and software systems underneath the work myself.

IoT Rice Flatbed Dryer Control System

Designed a full control system for a 6-ton industrial rice dryer, solo — custom PCB, ESP32 firmware, motor/contactor interfacing, and all wiring — plus a JWT-secured web interface. Built during ADNU MAGIS-TBI Ignite Cohort 1, a DOST-funded startup program.

Battle of the Wise Trainer

A web app I built solo to help students prepare for an academic competition — AI-generated explanations, weak-topic-targeted questions, and a teacher dashboard. Still live and used by former colleagues today, three years on.

Field Logistics Process Improvement

Applied DMAIC methodology to diagnose why field teams were losing time and money to repeat site travel. Root cause: incomplete pre-departure planning. Fix: a mandatory pre-travel checklist and pre-dispatch planning meetings — both still in use today.

Solar PV Installation, 10.2kW Single-Phase

Personally designed and executed the complete electrical installation for a 10.2kW single-phase solar PV system — solo, from panel board wiring through inverter commissioning — as part of ongoing project delivery at REB-Greentech Systems Enterprises.

02 — WHY THIS MIX
THE SHORT VERSION

Engineer first. Manager because someone had to be.

I'm a licensed Electronics Engineer who's spent a decade building things before having a job title for them — from self-taught programming in high school to a peer-reviewed paper I carried through to publication seven years after the group project it started as.

Today that shows up as a construction firm's Project Manager who also happens to personally wire the solar panel boards, and a technical trainer who still teaches programming part-time. I'm currently looking for roles where that combination — hands-on technical execution plus real budget and team ownership — is the whole job, not a side effect of it.
